    Hi Marc,
    That’s a good flexibility feature we use on of our customer instance.They use a stage-gate process for project management. It’s more maturity stages of the project than specific development phases as they share some exact same document between deliverables. So one document you will edit in phase 2 might be edited again in phase 3. So basically how we deal with that is that each time we complete a phase, we fix the relationships between activity and deliverable of the completed phase and we create new float relationships between activities from the new phase and the same documents. We already got some companies coming to us with an interest in that deliverable management. So yes, the ease of fix/float relationship management (even with some coding while making sure to support any upgrade) is really a great stuff.
